1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the iringgit99 platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and iringgit99 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The iringgit99 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age and are acting in your own personal capacity.
2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on iringgit99. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. iringgit99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. iringgit99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the iringgit99 support team immediately through the available channels.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Iringgit99 users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
- Registering multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including bonus exploitation, bet arbitrage that violates promotional terms, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or negatively affecting the experience of other users.
Iringgit99 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, or reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, should any of the above rules be violated.
4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on iringgit99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to check the current limits in the Wallet section of their account before making any transactions.
Withdrawals will be processed only to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the account holder's name. iringgit99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Iringgit99 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal request that requires further review for compliance, identity verification, or suspicious activity purposes. In such cases, the user will be contacted to provide any additional information required.
Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user and not iringgit99.
5 Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Iringgit99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if iringgit99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
The iringgit99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, accuracy, or reliability of the content or services provided. Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control do not make iringgit99 liable for any losses incurred.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials on the iringgit99 platform are the exclusive property of iringgit99 or its respective licensors. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials without written authorisation from iringgit99 is strictly prohibited.

6 Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law
Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure
Iringgit99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or serious terms violations are not entitled to claim any refund of outstanding balances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the iringgit99 support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the required verification has been completed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the iringgit99 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian legal jurisdiction.
